AUCTION INFORMATION

Please read the information below before taking part in one of our auctions.

Item title - what terms we use to describe items

As the item title only has a limited amount of characters, we will use the below terms to help describe quickly the details of the item you are bidding on.

Example "Matchworn Boots – Richard Kone 25/26”

  • Matchworn - This item has been worn by the indicated player during the indicated game and is unwashed.
  • Player Issue - This item was issued to the indicated player for the indicated game but was not worn during the indicated game.
  • Match used - This item has been used in the indicated game(s) by more than one player.
  • Worn/Used - This item has been worn by the indicated player, but has been washed and may show signs of wear.
  • NWT/Issued - This item has been prepared for the indicated player but has not been worn and may still have the original product tags attached.
  • 25/26 - Numbers in this formation indicate which season the item is from.

Authenticity

All our auction items will come with a Certificate of Authenticity; this will be provided to you alongside your item.

How it Works

Please follow the instructions below carefully to take part. 

  1. Please log in to or register for a QPR Club account. You will need to be logged in to bid for an item.
  2. Have a look at the listings page HERE for all our current live auction items.
  3. Enter your bid on the product page. You will receive an email confirming your highest bidder status. Please review your bid carefully before entering.
  4. If someone outbids you, you will receive an email to let you know with a link to the product page should you wish to bid again.
  5. If you have won, once the auction has ended, we will send you an email to confirm.
  6. When you are ready to pay, please click on the payment link within your winning email and fill in your details.
  7. You will have 24 hours to complete your purchase after which the item will be offered to the next highest bidder.
  8. Once you have paid and completed your order we will confirm collection for your item.
  9. Smaller items may be available for standard postage charges.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on auction items. All items will be issued with a certificate of Authenticity.

MESSAGE INFORMATION

Supporters are able to request a message from listed QPR legends from the Online Superstore.

Players will record a limited number of messages per a month; these will reset on 1st of each month if sold out.

The club reserves the right to reject message requests without refund if they believe they are inappropriate.

Supporters should expect to receive their message within four weeks from purchase so should ensure they are purchased early if for a special occasion.

Request to change or amend message requests should be made to press@qpr.co.uk at the earliest opportunity following purchase.
