Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins from the day you, or a third party nominated by you, receive the last item in your order. If the withdrawal period ends on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To start a return or cancellation request, log in to your account and go to your Orders. Select the relevant order and follow the steps to submit a return or cancellation request. We will send you an acknowledgement of your request without delay.

Returning Goods

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods within 14 days. Please ensure items are returned in their original condition.

Refunds

We will refund the price of the goods, including the cost of standard outbound delivery. We will process your refund promptly once we have received the returned goods.

Exemptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products, including personalised or custom-made items, sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once opened, or digital content once download has begun with your consent.
